AI Disclosure & Transparency

How RingQuay uses artificial intelligence, identifies itself to callers, and safeguards your customer conversations.

RingQuay is a trading name of ZEN AI GOVERNANCE UK LTD (company 16827795). Registered office: 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX. Contact: ringquay@digiautomate.com.

1Mandatory AI disclosure on every call

RingQuay provides an artificial intelligence telephone receptionist service. In accordance with transparency standards and data protection principles, the assistant discloses that it is an AI in the very first sentence of every inbound telephone call. It will never claim or imply that it is a human receptionist.

2What the AI assistant can do

The assistant answers questions about business opening hours, general services offered, and service areas based on verified information provided by the business owner. It captures the caller's name, telephone number, enquiry details, and preferred callback time, forwarding structured summaries directly to the business owner via SMS and email.

3Strict guardrails and prohibited actions

To protect callers and business owners, RingQuay operates under deterministic governance controls:

4Human escalation and oversight

Callers may request to speak with a human team member at any point during a conversation. When an urgent scenario is detected or when requested by the caller, the assistant marks the enquiry as urgent and escalates the contact details directly to the nominated business contact.

5Nudgepost: AI-drafted posts

Nudgepost, DigiAutomate's social-posting studio, uses AI to draft posts and plan videos from the business details you give it. Nothing is published until you approve it.

6Data privacy and model training

We do not use caller data to train RingQuay models. How long call records are kept, and how we process data, is set out in our Privacy Notice.
