The agreement between you (the business using RingQuay) and us. Please read it before you sign in.
Who we are. RingQuay is operated by Zen AI Governance UK Ltd, trading as DigiAutomate, a company registered in England and Wales (No. 16827795), registered office 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX. "We", "us", "our" mean that company; "you" means the business that signs up.
Effective: 25 July 2026 (version 2026-07-25).
RingQuay provides an AI voice receptionist that answers calls on your behalf, states that it is an AI, captures the caller's name, number and reason, and either records a callback request or, where you have connected a supported calendar, checks a requested appointment time and books it only when the calendar confirms availability. It may also build you a website. It is a tool to help you not miss calls — it does not replace your professional judgement.
The assistant discloses that it is an AI on every call. It does not quote binding prices, take payments, give professional advice or claim that an appointment is booked without a successful response from your connected calendar. If availability cannot be verified or the booking fails, it records a callback request instead. You are responsible for the accuracy of the business details, services, hours, calendar configuration and policies you provide.
Prices are as shown at checkout. Where a free trial is offered, you provide a payment method up front and are charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. A fair-use limit may apply during the trial to prevent abuse. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled; you can cancel any time and keep service until the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where the law requires.
You will use RingQuay lawfully, keep your account details secure, set up the call divert / number as instructed, and not use the service to break the law, harass anyone, or handle payments or special-category data through the assistant. You confirm you are authorised to divert your business line to us.
How we handle callers' personal data is set out in our Privacy Notice. For calls answered on your behalf you are the controller and we act as your processor; the processing terms are provided separately (see the pilot / processing agreement).
We work to keep the service running but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we do not guarantee any particular number of bookings, calls captured or revenue. The service is provided "as is". Keep your own voicemail as a fallback; if the assistant is ever unreachable, calls fall back to your line.
Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise we are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, business or data, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.
Either of us may end the service on notice. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, misuse the service, or don't pay. On termination we stop answering your line and delete or return caller data as described in the Privacy Notice.
We may update these terms; if we do, we'll ask you to accept the new version. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. Questions: calls@digiautomate.com.
