Zen AI Governance UK Ltd — AI compliance is our day job, so the receptionist's guardrails are the product, not an afterthought.
Governed AI reception
Never miss a call. Never break a rule.
RingQuay answers your overflow calls, captures who called and why, and follows the exact rules your business approved—then hands your team a clear next step. Built by an AI-governance firm, so control and evidence are designed into the service.

HOW IT WORKS
Three steps. No missed work.
No new hardware, no new number to learn, nothing to install. You keep your line — RingQuay answers the calls you can't.
-
01
We answer
Around the clock, in your business's name. The assistant says it's an AI, then handles the call exactly by the script you approved.
-
02
We check the diary
For appointment requests, RingQuay checks the requested slot against your connected calendar. It books only when that exact time is available and the calendar accepts it.
-
03
The caller gets an answer
A successful booking is confirmed and sent to the caller. If availability cannot be verified, RingQuay captures a structured callback instead—nothing invented, and every outcome reviewable.
GOVERNED BY DESIGN
Useful because it knows its limits.
A receptionist that oversteps costs you more than a missed call. RingQuay's boundaries are the product — set once, followed on every call, logged every time.
✓ Always
- Says it's an AI in its first sentence, every call
- Checks a requested slot against your connected calendar before booking it
- Falls back to a callback when availability cannot be verified
- Hands urgent or sensitive calls straight to a human
- Keeps a reviewable structured record of every call and its outcome
Never
- Quotes a price or gives a binding figure
- Claims an appointment is booked before the calendar confirms it
- Takes card or payment details
- Copies call audio into the RingQuay application database or invents facts to fill a gap
SIMPLE PRICING
Two products. Clear prices.
Start with either. The website gets your business found; the receptionist makes sure you never miss the call that follows.
- Website live only after you approve it and payment is verified
- The receptionist always says it is an AI — no pretending

HEAR IT LIVE
Don't take our word for it. Ring it.
This is our live demonstration line — answered end to end by a RingQuay assistant. It will tell you it's an AI, take your details, and treat you exactly like a caller. Your business would get its own.

BUILT FOR TRUST
Compliance isn't a footnote here. It's the company behind the product.
RingQuay is made by an AI-governance firm, so your callers' data is handled the way the rules actually require — not bolted on afterwards. What that means in plain terms:

QUESTIONS
Asked before you ask.
Is it really an AI answering? Do callers know?
Yes and yes. The assistant states it is an AI in its first sentence, every call. It never pretends to be human — that's a hard rule, not a setting.
What happens after I pay?
Same day, we confirm your business details. For the website: we build it, you approve the preview, and it is published only after approval and payment are both recorded. For the receptionist: we configure the assistant with you, you approve exactly what it may and may not say, then you divert your line and it starts answering.
Do I have to change my phone number?
No. You keep your published number. Your phone diverts to your RingQuay line only when you can't answer (or for all calls, if you prefer) — a dial code on your handset, takes under a minute.
Can it actually book appointments?
Yes. Connect a supported calendar and RingQuay checks the caller's requested time against live availability. It confirms the appointment only after the calendar accepts the booking. If the slot is unavailable or the calendar cannot be reached, it records a callback request instead.
What can't the assistant do?
By design: it won't quote binding prices, diagnose problems, invent availability or take payments. It captures who called and why, books only a calendar-verified appointment, and hands anything urgent or sensitive straight to a human.
What about emergencies?
Emergency-sounding calls stop routine intake immediately and are escalated to the out-of-hours contact you nominate. If the service is ever unreachable, calls fall back to your own line.
Can I cancel?
The receptionist is monthly, cancel anytime — no notice period, no exit fee. The website is yours once published; only the £15/yr domain renewal recurs.
What happens to callers' data?
The RingQuay application keeps the minimum structured callback details — name, number, reason and preferred time — for 30 days, then automatically deletes them. It does not copy call audio into its database. Voice-provider processing and retention settings are explained in the privacy notice; callers can request access or erasure at any time.
Who is behind this?
RingQuay is a DigiAutomate product. DigiAutomate is a trading name of Zen AI Governance UK Ltd, a UK company (No. 16827795) whose day job is AI governance and compliance — which is why the receptionist's rules are the product, not an afterthought.
